About the Position
We are seeking a visionary AI Software Engineer to join our AI-native team in Singapore, focusing on developing cutting-edge AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI theory and practical engineering.
- Translate academic understanding of LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic workflows into functional tools.
- Continuously scan the AI horizon to test emerging models, frameworks, and patterns.
- Embrace ambiguity by failing fast, pivoting quickly, and refining intelligent capabilities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in AI / Artificial Intelligence
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience
- Strong grasp of AI tooling (Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT API integrations)
- Ability to weave AI tools into traditional codebases
