AnyMind Groupは、コマース、マーケティング、EC、物流、DXなど、ビジネスの根幹を支えるプラットフォームを世界15ヵ国・地域で展開しています。 本ポジションは、これらの事業オペレーションとプロダクト群に対し、AIソリューションをゼロから設計・実装・展開し続けるAIソリューションエンジニアです。AIを徹底的に使い倒すことで、従来の開発サイクルでは不可能であった圧倒的なスピードとボリュームでソリューションを構築し続けます。

Mission

1. Restructuring Business Operations: Redefining marketing, EC, logistics, and DX operations with AI, shifting human resources to strategic and creative areas. Creating a structure where employee productivity directly correlates to the quality and speed of value provided to customers.
2. Standardizing Global Business Infrastructure: Aggregating and integrating business insights and operations across 15 Asian countries and regions with AI. Building a foundation that allows the entire group to synchronize and utilize strengths instantly, overcoming language and national barriers.
3. Continuously Expanding Product Value: Deploying AI solutions proven in business operations to our own products (AnyAI, AnyX, AnyManager, etc.), driving a high-speed loop of "business operations → product → market" to continuously update AnyMind's value proposition.

Responsibilities

• Implementing AI Solutions in Business Processes: Deeply engaging with marketing, EC, logistics, and DX operations to build and deploy AI agents and automated workflows.
• Deploying Solutions in Products: Integrating solutions proven in business processes into our own products as features, deploying them to clients across 15 countries globally.
• Building AI Solution Infrastructure: Librarying and standardizing developed solutions to establish a system for continuously mass-producing AI solutions across businesses.
• AI Accuracy Verification and System Integration: Evaluating the appropriateness of AI-generated results and integrating them into reliable system configurations for optimization.

Requirements (Must)

• Structural Understanding of Software Development: A background that allows for the judgment of modern system configurations and code quality, and the ability to provide technical direction.
• Advanced Utilization of AI/LLM: Practical experience in significantly improving productivity through prompt engineering or AI development tools.
• Logical Thinking and Business Communication Skills: The ability to identify the core issues in the field and convert them into effective technical solutions.

Requirements (Want)

• Practical Experience in In-house Development and Product Development in Business Companies/SaaS: Relevant work experience.
• Domain Knowledge in Marketing/EC/Supply Chain/Logistics: Knowledge in these areas.
• Communication Experience in English Environment: Experience communicating in an English-speaking environment.
• Startup 0→1 Startup Experience: Experience in starting up from scratch in a startup.
• Collaboration Experience with Management and Business Planning Layers: Experience working with these layers.
