About the Position

AnyMind Group is expanding its platform across 15 countries and regions, supporting the core of businesses in commerce, marketing, e-commerce, logistics, and digital transformation. This role is for an AI Solution Engineer who will design, implement, and deploy AI solutions from scratch for these business operations and product groups. By leveraging AI thoroughly, we aim to build solutions at an unprecedented speed and volume, something that was previously impossible with traditional development cycles.

Mission

1. Restructuring Business Operations: Redefining marketing, e-commerce, logistics, and digital transformation operations with AI, shifting human resources to strategic and creative areas. Creating a structure where the improvement in employee productivity directly translates to the quality and speed of value provided to customers.
2. Standardization of Global Business Infrastructure: Aggregating and integrating business insights and operations across 15 Asian countries and regions with AI. Building a foundation that allows the entire group to synchronize and utilize its strengths instantly, overcoming language and national barriers.
3. Continuous Expansion of Product Value: Deploying AI solutions proven in business operations to our own product groups. Playing a central role in continuously updating AnyMind's value proposition by driving a high-speed loop from "business operations → product → market."

Responsibilities

• Implementation of AI Solutions in Business Processes: Deeply engaging with marketing, e-commerce, logistics, and digital transformation operations to build and deploy business workflows as AI agents and automated processes.
• Deployment of Solutions in Products: Integrating solutions proven in business processes as features into our own products (AnyAI, AnyX, AnyManager, etc.) and deploying them to clients across 15 global countries.
• Construction of AI Solution Infrastructure: Library-izing and common-izing developed solutions to establish a system for continuously mass-producing AI solutions across businesses.
• Accuracy Verification and System Integration of AI: Evaluating the appropriateness of AI-generated results and integrating them into a reliable system configuration.

Requirements (Must)

• Structural Understanding of Software Development: A background that allows for the judgment of modern system configurations and code quality, and the ability to provide technical direction.
• Advanced Utilization of AI/LLM: Practical experience in significantly improving productivity through prompt engineering or AI development tools.
• Logical Thinking and Business Communication Skills: The ability to identify the core issues in the field and convert them into effective technical solutions.

Requirements (Want)

• Practical experience in in-house development and product development in business companies or SaaS.
• Domain knowledge in marketing, e-commerce, supply chain, logistics, etc.
• Experience in communication in an English environment.
• Experience in starting a business from scratch in a startup.
• Experience in collaborating with management and business planning layers.
