Job Summary

The AI Solution Manager drives the strategy and commercialization of assigned AI solutions, transforming custom programs into scalable, high-margin Solution Packages.

This is a strategic and commercial role combining product management, go-to-market, and partnerships, requiring strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and technical fluency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Strategy & IP Development (40%): Design scalable Solution Packages (50-70%+ margin, outcome-based), define roadmaps, capture IP/build playbooks for 10X faster deployment, and define solution scope/success criteria.
  • Commercialization & Go-to-Market (40%): Create sales enablement (battle cards, ROI calculators, training), design pricing (T&M → outcome-based), define ICPs, support demand generation, and identify "lighthouse customers."
  • Partnerships & Ecosystem (20%): Identify and cultivate strategic technology (AWS, Databricks, LLM platforms) and SI (Accenture, Deloitte) partnerships; develop co-marketing/co-selling motions; represent Andela in thought leadership.

Success Metrics

  • 90 Days: Approved solution strategy, sales enablement complete, 2-3 lighthouse customers engaged.
  • 6 Months: First Solution Package (alpha) launched, $500K-$1M pipeline, 3-5 reference case studies, 1-2 partnerships activated.
  • 12 Months: Solution Package matured (beta/final), $2M-$5M revenue, 50-70%+ margins, solution becomes a competitive differentiator.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 8-12 years in solutions consulting, product management, or GTM, with 5+ years in B2B enterprise software/services. Proven 0-to-1 track record (strategy → packaging → commercialization → revenue).
  • Skills: Strategic, Commercial (pricing design), Sales Enablement, Executive Communication, Technical Fluency (moderate depth), and AI/ML Fundamentals (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Top-tier consulting or boutique firm experience.
  • Product management with full GTM responsibility.
  • Partnerships experience.
  • Startup/scale-up experience.
  • AI solutions expertise (LLM/RAG, ML platforms).
