About the Position
We are seeking an AI/GenAI Solution Architect to contribute to setting the foundations of complex application modernization practices for our client using cutting-edge GenAI SDLC processes and tooling, later driving some modernization activities. This hands-on and proactive role combines coaching, architecture, and enablement to drive adoption and maturity of GenAI across engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement GenAI-enhanced SDLC workflows and tools and apply it for application modernization
- Coach teams on effective GenAI usage for backlog management, coding, testing, and documentation
- Definition of architecture patterns for scalable GenAI integration
- Monitor adoption, measure impact, and iterate on enablement strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in software architecture and SDLC optimization
- Understanding of GenAI technologies and their application in enterprise environments
- Expertise in designing and implementing GenAI solutions across the full SDLC, from architecture and development through production deployment, operations, and support
- Hands-on experience building and integrating AI Assistants and Agentic AI solutions, data sources, and business processes in production and/or in actual delivery with clients now
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Background in Agile, DevOps, and modern engineering practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure cloud
- Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency (B2+)
