AI/ML Engineer

About the Position

We're looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI solutions for businesses. You'll work with machine learning, large language models, and intelligent automation to create features that help businesses automate processes, improve decision-making, and increase operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for real business use cases.
• Build and integrate AI solutions using GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Llama.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Develop AI assistants and intelligent automation solutions for document processing, application verification, customer support, and other business workflows.
• Design and maintain ETL pipelines and integrate third-party APIs.
• Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and vector databases, including Pinecone and Weaviate.
• Evaluate and improve AI model performance through experimentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Python.
• 1.5+ years of commercial experience building AI/ML solutions, including NLP, LLMs, or risk models.
• Experience developing and deploying LLM-powered applications in production.
• Strong practical experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience designing ETL pipelines and integrating third-party APIs.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency.
• Native Ukrainian proficiency.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (including SageMaker, Bedrock, or Lambda).
• Experience integrating AI solutions into production web applications.
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Familiarity with AI automation platforms such as Chatbase, Flowise, or n8n.
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.

• To be considered for this position, you should be able to work under the Ukrainian Sole Proprietorship (FOP, Group 3) cooperation model.
