About the Position
We're looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI solutions. You'll work with machine learning, large language models, and intelligent automation to create features that help businesses automate processes, improve decision-making, and increase operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for real business use cases.
- Build and integrate AI solutions using GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Llama.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Develop AI assistants and intelligent automation solutions for document processing, application verification, customer support, and other business workflows.
- Design and maintain ETL pipelines and integrate third-party APIs.
- Work with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and vector databases, including Pinecone and Weaviate.
- Evaluate and improve AI model performance through experimentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with software engineers and product stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial experience with Python.
- 1.5+ years of commercial experience building AI/ML solutions, including NLP, LLMs, or risk models.
- Experience developing and deploying LLM-powered applications in production.
- Strong practical experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Experience designing ETL pipelines and integrating third-party APIs.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency.
- Native Ukrainian proficiency.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (including SageMaker, Bedrock, or Lambda).
- Experience integrating AI solutions into production web applications.
- Knowledge of TypeScript.
- Familiarity with AI automation platforms such as Chatbase, Flowise, or n8n.
- Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
