What we are looking for:
We currently have an opening for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join GFT. We seek an enthusiastic and dynamic person willing to start and grow in a multicultural, motivating, and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement MCP connectors to facilitate communication between AI agents and corporate systems.
• Design and develop APIs and integration services that allow agents to interact with internal and external applications and platforms.
• Implement tools access mechanisms to expand the capabilities of intelligent agents.
• Integrate third-party agents and external services within generative AI-based architectures.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and stakeholders to define, design, and deploy integration solutions.
• Ensure the quality, security, scalability, and performance of the developed interfaces and connectors.
• Participate in the resolution of incidents, maintenance, and optimization of integration components.
• Contribute to the definition of best practices, development standards, and architectures for generative AI-based solutions.
• Work jointly with architects, developers, and business experts to ensure the correct functioning of the implemented solutions.

Requirements

• Core Skills:

  • Experience in development with Python
  • Experience in design, development, and consumption of APIs REST and web services
  • Solid knowledge of system integration and distributed architectures
  • Experience developing connectors, adapters, or integration components between applications
  • Practical knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Experience working in cloud environments and microservices architectures
  • Knowledge of version control (Git) and software development best practices
  • Experience working in agile environments and multidisciplinary teams
  • Fluent English (B2)
