About the Position
AI/Python Engineer (Medior/Senior)
- Location: On-site in Nijkerk
- Salary: €3,800 - €5,500 per month

Responsibilities
As an AI/Python Engineer, you’ll design, build, evaluate, and deploy AI functionalities for Workspace 365’s flagship product.
- Development: Build the Workspace 365 AI systems.
- Research & Advice: Stay on top of generative AI developments, advise the team on strategies, and propose optimizations.
- Awareness & Advocacy: Share knowledge internally about effective AI use and highlight risks of misuse.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively push to make our AI assistant best-in-market for supporting our users.
Requirements
Must haves
- Minimum of 6 years of work experience as a Python developer.
- Solid foundational knowledge of LLM-based approaches.
- Professional command of the English language.
- Independent, proactive, and able to tackle complex real-world problems for large-scale users.
Preferred
- Experience with RAG Systems and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of model inference pipelines (data curation → deployment).
- Experience deploying Dockerized API services on cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Clear vision for supporting AI growth in a fast-scaling company.
