About the Position
OdesSeo - an agency for comprehensive internet marketing. More than 4 years on the market. We work with interesting projects from various fields. We are not a conveyor belt production, we work with clients seriously and for a long time.
We are currently expanding, so we need an account manager in our team to maintain long-term trusting relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with clients on current projects;
- Negotiations, presentations, consultations for clients on the company's services;
- Resolving conflict situations with clients;
- Competent task setting for specialists, control over their implementation;
- Monitoring the achievement of KPIs for projects;
- Project reporting.
Requirements
- Stress resistance, ability to work with complex situations / clients;
- Ability to understand client needs, ability to correctly transform their wishes into tasks;
- Good analytical skills;
- Ability to articulate thoughts clearly - verbally and in writing;
- Knowledge of the basics of internet marketing is desirable.
