Department: DSE (Direction des Services aux Entreprises)

Territory: PACA (Provence Alpes Côte d'azur)

Work Location: Manosque (Approx. 35 minutes from Aix-en-Provence)

Contract Type: Alternance – 12 or 24 months

Main Responsibilities

Supervision & Quality

Assist in the supervision of the operation
Control the quality of services and report deviations
Participate in regulatory compliance checks

Support Management

Assist the manager in team animation
Participate in operational meetings and briefings
Contribute to continuous improvement

Client Relations

Participate in customer satisfaction monitoring
Assist in handling customer requests

Management & Indicators

Contribute to the monitoring of performance indicators
Participate in the optimization of resources

Health & Safety

Apply QHSE rules
Identify and report hazardous situations

Profile Sought

Progressive autonomy

Education

Degree: Master 1 or Master 2 completed (or equivalent) in logistics or environment
Alternance compatible with the Master PITET Veolia curriculum Campus Veolia
