As part of the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Test organization, you will help implement and industrialize automotive electronics products such as Infotainment Systems, Audio Amplifiers, Telematics Control Units (TCUs), and other connected vehicle platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement manufacturing test solutions that enable the successful launch of complex automotive electronics products.
Partner with global teams across engineering, quality, suppliers, and manufacturing to deliver robust and efficient production processes.
Advance manufacturing excellence through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement of test technologies and methodologies.
Support the future of mobility by ensuring the quality and reliability of connected, intelligent, and customer-focused automotive systems.

Requirements

Strong understanding of manufacturing test engineering principles, including test concepts, validation methodologies, and production test systems.
Ability to design, develop, and troubleshoot test equipment hardware and software in a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of C# programming for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing test applications and automation solutions.
Solid understanding of electronics fundamentals, including analog and digital circuits, measurement techniques, signal analysis, and hardware troubleshooting.
Knowledge of measurement techniques, data analysis, and test coverage optimization to improve product quality and manufacturing performance.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and international engineering organizations.
Ability to independently manage technical activities, prioritize tasks, and drive results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
A continuous improvement mindset focused on innovation, standardization, and operational excellence.
Baseline familiarity with using AI to support efficiency, problem-solving, and quality.

Nice to Have

Experience with automotive electronics manufacturing and end-of-line test systems.
Familiarity with industrial test platforms, automated measurement equipment, or fixture development.
Knowledge of statistical methods such as MSA, capability analysis, or process performance evaluation.
Experience working with international suppliers and global engineering teams.
Understanding of automotive quality standards and processes, including IATF 16949 requirements.

The above represents the annual gross base salary range for this role.
