Responsibilities

• Focus on AMS verification of I/O interfaces
• Analyze requirements and define verification strategy and test plans
• Develop and maintain AMS verification environments and testbenches
• Execute AMS simulations (corner, Monte Carlo, transient, DC/AC, mixed-signal)
• Run regressions and ensure coverage completeness
• Analyze simulation results and debug functional, electrical, and timing issues
• Collaborate closely with analog, physical design, and verification teams
• Document verification results and prepare sign-off packages

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a comparable field
• Proficiency in AMS verification
• Experience in defining verification strategy, test plans, and schedules
• Ability to develop and maintain AMS verification environments and testbenches
• Experience with AMS simulations (corner, Monte Carlo, transient, DC/AC, mixed-signal)
• Ability to run regressions and ensure coverage completeness
• Skills in analyzing simulation results and debugging functional, electrical, and timing issues
• Strong collaboration skills with analog design, physical design, and verification teams
• Ability to document verification results and prepare review-ready sign-off packages
• Confident communication skills in English, both written and spoken
