About the Position

Analista de Diligenciamento / Híbrido - Rio de Janeiro

We are looking for a Diligence Analyst to join our team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This role is hybrid and requires a strong background in compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Diligently handle requests linked to the Access to Information Law, in coordination with management and Legal (if necessary).
• Prepare responses to requesters and manage legal deadlines.
• Handle responses from the Ombudsman related to external management areas.
• Monitor transactions with related parties and gather data for CONF and CVM.
• Monthly follow-up of audit actions in coordination with responsible parties, ensuring compliance with action plans.
• Track the status of strategic initiatives from Cenpes in coordination with sponsors and leaders, managing key deliverables and monthly progress updates.
• Support the organization of GE events (agenda validation, invitations, material consolidation, related publications).
• Assist in data collection for surveys and awards (response preparation, manager validation, and response submission in systems).

Requirements

Mandatory Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in related activities.
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or Economics.

Desired Qualifications

• MBA in Compliance, Forensics, or Risk Management.
