About the Position
Analista de Gestão - Híbrido - Santos/SP
We are seeking a skilled Analista de Gestão to join our team in Santos, SP. This role involves supporting project workflows, managing KPIs, and generating reports.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the efficiency of project workflows and processes
- Promoting organization, continuous improvement, and monitoring of BI system and indicator generation
- Monitoring activities and managing KPI indicator dashboards and prioritizing demands
- Supporting routine follow-ups (meetings, status, workflows) and identifying bottlenecks
- Contributing to the team's fluidity and productivity
- Reporting to the Integration and Compliance Leadership of processes
- Creating meeting minutes and updating action plans generated from Contract Follow-Up Meetings
- Generating reports and integrating data in BI, AI, and Presentations with the integration and compliance sector, and if necessary, in other areas with alignment with integration and compliance
Requirements
- Experience in project planning in industrial activities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, EPM, SAP S 4HANA, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, etc.), SmartPlant Foundation (SPE - Hexagon)
Education
- Level of Education: Higher education degree
