About the Position
We're seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst for Dentsply Sirona to lead digital marketing strategies in Spanish-speaking Latin American markets, from awareness to qualified lead delivery.
Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Define and monitor the digital marketing funnel in Latin America from awareness to MQL delivery for the sales team, by business unit.
- Editorial Calendar: Plan and review the regional content calendar, aligned with paid media campaigns and product priorities of each business unit.
- Social Media Strategy: Manage social media strategy in Brazil and interface with communication agencies.
- Paid Media: Monitor the strategy of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for Latin American markets, focusing on lead generation by business unit, CPL optimization, and qualified handover to the sales team.
- Data Analysis: Consolidate and present monthly social media performance reports with recommendations for adjustments by market and business unit.
- Channel Management: Manage the official DS profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube for Spanish-speaking markets in Latin America and Brazil.
- Content Production: Write captions, short scripts, and story texts in Spanish, adapted by market. Align with local agencies and producers when necessary.
- Campaigns: Plan and execute seasonal activations, product launches, and regional events such as dental congresses.
- Benchmarking: Monitor competitor performance and dental content and media trends in major Latin American markets to support the regional strategy.
Requirements
- Graduation in Communication, Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in Spanish-speaking Latin American markets.
- Proven experience in social media management.
- Background in B2B lead generation or in healthcare brands is a plus.
- Fluent Spanish (written and spoken).
- Social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or similar).
- Native analytics of platforms (Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics).
- CRM experience (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Lead nurturing automation (RD Station or similar).
- Management of KOLs and influencers.
