About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst with a focus on Executive Communication for a remote position in Rio de Janeiro/Macaé, Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and edit managerial presentations and various reports in PowerPoint or other software indicated by Petrobras;
- Prospect, consolidate, and integrate information with project and operational areas for the preparation of presentations and publications;
- Gather data to create material to be used in RACs (SMS, results, etc);
- Create material to be published in internal forums and networks (Teams, SharePoint, Workplace);
- Prepare visual materials such as brochures, banners, SMS reports, and other SMS information communication materials;
- Integrate and consolidate technical information from management by critically analyzing the information;
- Draft Technical Notes and Executive Summaries on supplies and on the projects and services of the Executive Management and its respective General Managements;
- Create layouts, graphics, images, and illustrations using graphic design software.
Requirements
Mandatory Experience
- Proven experience of at least 1 year working as a graphic designer or another related profession;
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign;
- Solid knowledge of design principles, including composition, colors, and layout;
- Ability to work in a team, collaborate with other professionals, and manage delivery deadlines;
- Visual communication skills with proficiency in preparing presentations for top leadership.
Education
- Degree: Higher Education;
- Degree: Engineering or Administration;
- Regular registration with the respective professional regulatory body, up-to-date with legal obligations and fees throughout the service period.
