About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Analyst to join our team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, focusing on fostering relationships between startups and CVC funds.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for promoting and maintaining the relationship between startups invested by CVC funds that have a stake;
• Responsible for developing and monitoring synergy plans between startups and internal partner areas, aiming to add value to both startups and CVC funds;
• Provide guidance to partner areas and startups on internal and external innovation mechanisms to drive the adoption of innovative solutions both internally and in the national and international market;
• Act as an interface between the invested companies, ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed efficiently.

Requirements

Mandatory

Experience

• Minimum of 6 years in related activities;
• Advanced English proficiency.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Desired

• MBA in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or related areas, and certifications related to project management and agile methodologies.
