Responsibilities
- Conduct studies of previous contracts to identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather and validate demands from requesting departments.
- Define the scope and object of procurements. Analyze market aspects and define purchasing strategies.
- Prepare technical reports and opinions on adopted strategies.
- Monitor bidding and procurement processes.
Requirements
- Higher education degree in Administration, Supply Chain Management, Foreign Trade, or related fields. Specialization or postgraduate degree in the area is a plus.
Skills
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, SAP (MM Module), Power BI, and statistics.
- Proficiency in legislation on public procurement (Law 13.303/16).
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement.
