About the Position

We are seeking a Legal Data Protection Analyst to join our team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinating all activities of protection and management of intellectual property;
• Supervising the process of identification, registration, and maintenance of patents, as well as managing the portfolio of intellectual property assets;
• Acting as an interface with technical and legal teams to ensure that innovations are properly protected and aligned with current regulations;
• Promoting training and guidance for teams, encouraging innovation practices and ensuring the technological competitiveness of the company.

Requirements

Mandatory Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in related activities;
• SAP;
• Power BI;
• Excel;
• PowerPoint;
• SharePoint.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or Law.

Desired Requirements

• Postgraduate degree or certification in IP.
