About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Analista de Relacionamento e Inovação to join our team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, focusing on fostering relationships with various innovation ecosystem actors.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for promoting and maintaining relationships between CENPES and different actors in the innovation ecosystem, including universities, research institutes, startups, companies, O&G operators, and government agencies, both in Brazil and abroad.
- Assist in the CENPES relationship plan, which includes promoting meetings, events, and presentations with institutions of interest, both within and outside CENPES, as well as structuring and optimizing relationship processes, including monitoring and evaluating interactions with the ecosystem.
Requirements
Mandatory
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in related activities.
- Language: Advanced English proficiency.
Desirable
- MBA in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or related areas.
- Certifications related to project management and agile methodologies.
