Location and Work Model

We operate in a remote-first model, offering total flexibility for you to work from anywhere in Brazil. For those who enjoy face-to-face meetings, we have our office in São Paulo and partner coworking spaces. Additionally, we have the Work From Anywhere (WFA) program, which allows you to work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 90 days per year.

About the Area and the Challenge

Legal Efficiency aims to make the Legal & Corporate Affairs structure simpler, scalable, and strategic, delivering more value with less effort, time, and cost. The current mission of the entire team is to structure the data and automation front of Legal & Corporate Affairs, transforming its operation into a hyper-connected and data-driven structure.

After a recent restructuring, the team is now organized into three interrelated pillars: Quality and Processes, Strategic Projects, and Performance.

About the vacancy

You will be responsible for the financial front of the operation of all areas of Legal & Corporate Affairs of Grupo QuintoAndar: payments, invoices, budget, expense control, and monitoring of offices and suppliers. You will also support the centralization and improvement of these processes and the generation of indicators for decision-making. The position has autonomy in low and medium complexity activities, and you will be able to lead small initiatives and be responsible for continuous indicators.

What you will do

• Control invoices, payments, and the area budget, ensuring deadlines, compliance, and traceability.
• Monitor billing and invoices from offices and suppliers, including SLAs, performance, and adherence to billing rules.
• Support RFPs, renewals, and contract negotiations, focusing on economy and reducing redundancies.
• Analyze expenses, identifying duplications, deviations, and opportunities for savings.
• Map and redesign financial processes, simplifying, automating, or eliminating steps.
• Build and maintain dashboards and expense and KPI reports, with consistent data.
• Operate and parameterize Legal Operations tools (e-billing, CLM, matter management) and support users.
• Conduct small initiatives and test low and medium complexity automations, using or not using AI.
• Document processes and create support materials (playbooks and how-tos) for the areas.
• Record and track demands in Jira, respecting SLAs and team priorities.

What we are looking for

• Completed degree in Law, Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related areas (minimum of 2 years).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial routines (accounts payable, invoice control, budgeting, controllership, or financial operations), preferably in a legal or corporate environment.
• Advanced English.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools (Looker, Power BI, or similar).
• Experience with management systems (ERP) and notions of process and project management.
• Data analysis and quantitative reasoning.
