Job Description
Role Responsibility
Coordinate the balance of accounts payable for the Robert Bosch LLC entity, ensuring timely payments to suppliers. Control the budget for support cost centers and non-capitalizable project expenses (GK expenses), miscellaneous invoicing.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate payments to suppliers for the Robert Bosch LLC entity
- Reconcile balance accounts and perform GR/IR (Goods Receive/ Invoice Receive) cleanup
- Prepare miscellaneous invoices and ensure compliance with the Central Directive and internal procedures for invoicing (i.e. Maquila invoicing, company cars, sale of scrap, among others)
- Process quality chargebacks to suppliers and report monthly and quarterly status
- Control the expenditure of non-capitalizable projects (GK expenses), report monthly expenditure and compare against the plan. Coordinate the budget for these projects in the BP/ CF/ EVOB.
- Control and coordinate the budget for support cost centers, at month-end, BP, CF, EVOB.
- Develop and implement new reports that contribute to improving the financial control of the plant.
- Provide support for inventory journal policies.
- Report monthly direct and indirect headcount.
- Perform WorkOns (Approval flows) for scrap invoicing in accordance with the central directive and internal procedures and monitor their approval in a timely manner.
- Monitor and control SLAs (Service Letter Agreements).
- Ensure timely updating of authorized signature cards.
- Coordinate monthly expense review meetings with assigned departments.
- Perform ad-hoc requests.
- Review, control, and plan expenses in plant cost centers.
Requirements
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years
Education:
- University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
Language:
- English: Advanced
