Estamos buscando un Analista funcional Jr para unirse a nuestro equipo en San Isidro, Lima. Serás responsable de hacer seguimiento a las incidencias que reporte el cliente y proporcionar soporte.

Responsibilities

Hacer seguimiento a las incidencias que reporte el cliente
Ayudar y dar soporte con las consultas del usuario final

Requirements

Formación académica en informática, sistemas, ingeniería industrial, o carreras afines
Experiencia en roles similares
Habilidades analíticas
Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita
Conocimientos en procesos del negocio
Conocimientos en ofimática
