What we are looking for:

Currently, we are seeking Functional Analysts with experience in insurance, specifically in Emission, who want to develop their careers at GFT. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person willing to start and grow in a multicultural, challenging, and motivating environment.

Responsibilities

Although they will depend on your profile and experience, in general, the main functions you would carry out with us are:

• Define, together with the involved areas (business, channels, operations, etc.), the functional business requirements ensuring quality/experience in the Customer's vision.
• Requirements gathering, functional analysis, and technical solution definitions.
• Communication with the development team.
• Generation of functional documentation and definition of use cases.
• Conducting tests and their validation.

Requirements

• Graduated in Computer Science (or equivalent).
• Graduated in Higher or Medium Vocational Training.
• Experience in the insurance sector (Emission).
• Experience in the preparation of functional requirements for software development.

Personal Competencies

• Teamwork.
• Communication skills, favoring dynamics that allow the flow of knowledge, with interest in both learning and teaching.
• Proactivity in the search for new solutions and improvements.
