Experienced Professional | Analista Funzionale Microsoft Dynamics 365

JAKALA is a company that works on data, artificial intelligence, and experience development to generate a significant and lasting impact globally. We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst for Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our team in Milano, Italy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CRM processes of clients, with a particular focus on Sales and Customer Service, translating business needs into clear and structured functional requirements.
• Lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions with business users, stakeholders, and project teams, contributing to the definition of the most suitable solution.
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service, working on entities, processes, views, forms, business rules, workflows, and standard platform functionalities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to direct integrations, customizations, and developments, maintaining functional oversight of the solution and ensuring consistency with business objectives.
• Produce functional documentation, user stories, specifications, support materials, and content useful for design, delivery, testing, and adoption phases.
• Prepare and conduct Microsoft Dynamics 365 demos, supporting the client in understanding the solution and enhancing the platform's capabilities.
• Support testing, UAT, training, and change adoption activities, helping users to make the best use of the implemented solution.
• Contribute, when required, to presales and solution design activities, participating in the estimation of efforts and the definition of the project scope.
