Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct execution of analysis methods or determinations, including verification calculations, safeguarding results, inputs, and data registration within established timeframes.
• Prepare, ensure, or provide the necessary inputs, equipment, and/or complements for laboratory analysis, handling chemical reagents, and controlling their quality before use.
• Ensure and comply with all activities related to sample treatment, reagent and standard preparation, and the integrity of results according to current procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Technical education at the secondary or higher level in Chemistry, Laboratory Analyst, Chemical Analyst, or related fields.

Experience

• Experience in a similar area or industry: 1 year of experience in chemical analysis.

Minimum Competencies

• Good laboratory practices.
• Knowledge of Quality Standards.
• Handling of analysis techniques or methodologies in minerals.
