About the Position

Analityk Biznesowy

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 3+ years experience to join our software development team in Warsaw, focusing on business analytics and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Participation in projects for the financial sector
• Collaboration with business units, operational units, IT, compliance, and legal teams
• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
• Analyzing business processes and identifying areas for optimization
• Preparing analyses, reports, and recommendations to support project implementation
• Analytical support in building and deploying new services and solutions
• Data visualization and presenting analysis results to business and technical stakeholders
• Proactively identifying dependencies, trends, and patterns for project needs
• Participation in project meetings and collaboration with solution development teams
• Hybrid work model from the Warsaw office
• Hourly rate up to 125 zł/h for B2B, depending on experience

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in preparing business analyses and requirements in projects
• Completed higher education (preferred fields: Economics, Financial Markets, Computer Science, or related)
• Daily collaboration with business, IT, compliance, and legal areas
• Ability to effectively analyze business processes and translate business needs into requirements
• High analytical skills and proficiency in data presentation and conclusions
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, and SQL tools
• Experience in working with data and preparing analyses for business projects
• Proactiveness, independence, and ability to work with ambiguous requirements

Nice to Have

• Experience in the financial, banking, or brokerage sector
