Description of the Role

• Acquisition, organization, integration, and analysis of data from systems and sources supporting operational processes.
• Design and development of operational, managerial, and interactive dashboards.
• Automation of cyclical analyses, reports, data quality controls, and manual tasks.
• Creation of data models and monitoring mechanisms for investment, cost, and quality processes.
• Definition of indicators, business rules, and mechanisms for data completeness and consistency control.
• Preparation of analyses identifying trends, deviations, risks, and areas requiring intervention.
• Translation of business needs into data, report, application, and automation requirements.
• Collaboration with technical and IT teams in the design, testing, and implementation of solutions.

Our Expectations

• Excellent knowledge of SQL and the ability to independently create and optimize queries.
• Excellent knowledge of Power BI, including Power Query, data modeling, measure creation, and dashboard design.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, especially working with large datasets and analytical tools.
• Practical knowledge of Python or another tool enabling data processing and reporting automation.
• Knowledge of data modeling principles, data quality control, and documentation of business rules.
• Professional experience as a data analyst, business analyst, BI developer, reporting specialist, or process automation specialist.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, identify dependencies, and formulate practical recommendations.
• Ability to present analysis results clearly to technical and managerial audiences.
• Independence, initiative, accuracy, and responsibility for the quality of prepared data.
• Higher education in computer science, technical, mathematical, economic, analytical, or related fields.
• English language proficiency enabling work with technical documentation.

Nice to Have

• Experience in processing telecommunications, investment, financial, or infrastructure data.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data integration tools.
• Experience in creating reporting solutions for management or project committees.
• Knowledge of Git, database environments, and code management basics.
• Experience in application testing and UAT scenario preparation.
• Knowledge of Data Governance and data quality management issues.

INFORMATION CLAUSE

1. The personal data administrator is Polkomtel sp. z o.o. with its seat in Warsaw at ul. Konstruktorska 4, hereinafter "Polkomtel".
2. The administrator has appointed a data protection inspector, who can be contacted at: [email protected] or by sending written correspondence to the administrator's seat address.
3. Personal data will be processed for:

• in the case of employment under an employment contract - to conduct and resolve the recruitment process with your participation based on art. 6 par. 1 lit. c GDPR in conjunction with legal provisions, in particular labor law;
• in the case of your separate consent - for the purpose indicated in the consent, based on art. 6 par. 1 lit. a GDPR. Consent expressed in this way is voluntary, and the consent so expressed can be withdrawn at any time (without affecting the legality of actions taken before its withdrawal);
• for the purpose of possible establishment, investigation, or defense against claims, based on art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR, where the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator, then the conduct and resolution of the recruitment process.

1. Personal data may be disclosed to authorized data recipients based on separate provisions, entities cooperating with the Administrator, entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator, and companies belonging to the Polsat Plus Capital Group.
2. Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization.
3. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose:

• i.e., conducting the recruitment process,
• when you have given consent to participate in future recruitments for a period of 2 years from the submission of the application or until the consent is withdrawn,
• possible establishment, investigation, or securing of claims. Upon termination of the processing purpose, the data will be deleted.

1. The data subject has the right to:

• withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
• request access to personal data and the right to rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability, i.e., the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format if technically feasible;
• object to processing for reasons relating to their particular situation;
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing of their personal data infringes the provisions of the GDPR.

1. In the case of employment under an employment contract - providing data within the scope specified by labor law regulations is required by these regulations. Failure to provide this data will result in the inability to consider your candidacy.
2. Data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling, or subject to automated decision-making.
