About the Position

We are seeking a System Analyst for our banking client to support the development of sales and post-sales processes in banking. We are looking for someone who is comfortable navigating both the business and technology worlds, can analyze user needs, and translate them into specific system solutions.

Work Location: Warszawa, Poland

Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days in the client's office per week

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and refining business requirements submitted by stakeholders
• Identifying possible system solutions considering existing business processes and system architecture
• Developing functional specifications and analytical documentation
• Translating business needs into technical requirements for IT teams
• Creating developer tasks
• Collaborating with testers and business clients during project implementation
• Participating in the implementation of new functionalities and supporting UAT tests
• Analyzing integration between systems, applications, and components
• Supporting the maintenance of the production environment in an analytical capacity
• Participating in project meetings and workshops with stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a related role
• Ability to analyze business requirements and transform them into technical solutions
• Practical knowledge of BPMN and UML notation, and basic knowledge of SQL
• Ability to create functional and system documentation
• Ability to model processes and system dependencies
• Proficiency in Polish at least at the C1 level

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
• Knowledge of system integrations and web services/APIs
• Experience in projects for the banking/financial sector
• Knowledge of sales and/or post-sales processes in banking
