About the Position

About the Team:
We are a scrum team responsible for developing software that enables remote communication with bank business clients. We create solutions that allow us to reach clients through internet and mobile banking, banners, push notifications, SMS, and system messages.
Our goal is to provide clients with the right information at the right time to genuinely support them. We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and have a real impact on shaping client communication methods - from idea conception to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Work on the business side, closely collaborating with the Product Owner, development team, growth team, and marketing.
- Your main task will be to analyze business and client needs and translate them into requirements for IT teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to remote communication methods with business clients, which are then passed on to the IT team.
- Advise business partners on selecting optimal communication solutions, including client contact methods.
- Analyze business processes in the context of ongoing projects.
- Parameterize event communication.
- Participate in UAT testing.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in sales or remote client communication.
- Proficiency in Polish and English at least at the B2 level.
- Engaged and proactive in solving complex business problems.
- Demonstrates independence and meticulousness in managing assigned projects.
- Experience in projects implemented using Agile methodologies.
