About the Position
Join AUMOVIO as an Analog-Mixed Signal Design Engineer in our Advanced Electronics & Semiconductor Solutions (AESS) department in Timisoara. Design and implement functional circuit blocks for innovative automotive applications.
Responsibilities
- Participation in feasibility studies for ASICs and specification definition
- Transistor level circuit design
- Design, simulation, and test of analog and mixed signal circuits
- Design documentation
- Design validation
- Development of test procedures
Requirements
- Master of Science / PhD in Electrical Engineering / Microelectronics / Physics or similar
- 2+ years of relevant design experience in analog mixed-signal circuits
- Experience in design of analog circuits
- Basic understanding of BCD technologies
- Basic understanding of semiconductor backend production (testing, assembly, failure analysis)
- Experience with Electronics CAD Tools (ideally IC design know-how, Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor)
- Very good English language skills written and spoken
- Planning and organizing skills, ability to take initiative and to communicate effectively, eagerness to grow and develop
