Responsibilities

• Develop analog and mixed-signal IC layouts at block, module, and IP level
• Implement layouts for high-voltage and power-management circuits
• Take ownership of individual macros and IP blocks within complex IC development projects
• Support top-level floorplanning and analog block integration
• Collaborate closely with Analog Design Engineers, Layout Leads, Verification Engineers, and international project teams
• Perform and support DRC, LVS, and physical sign-off activities
• Optimize layouts for performance, matching, reliability, area, and manufacturability
• Contribute to both IP reuse and new block development
• Participate in technical reviews and design discussions

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC layout
• Knowledge of BCD and high-voltage technologies
• Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso and Calibre
• Familiarity with DRC, LVS, and physical verification flows
• Understanding of matching, symmetry, parasitics, EM/IR, and reliability practices
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned blocks
• Ideally, experience with 130 nm, SPT9/SPT10, PMICs, DC/DC, LED drivers
• Good English language skills, written and spoken
