About the Position
We are seeking an Analyst/ Senior Analyst, Analytics & Insights to join our Customer Success team. This role focuses on executing marketing research studies, analyzing data, and delivering insights to drive client success in Japan.
Responsibilities
- Execute marketing research studies by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting data.
- Write client reports and construct presentations.
- Leverage predictive and statistical tools to generate sales forecasts.
- Analyze and optimize marketing plans.
- Develop mastery of innovation testing solutions and project processes.
- Partner with analytical teams to provide cohesive insights and recommendations.
- Analyze study results to draft emails, reports, and presentations.
- Participate in client discussions and presentations.
- Support special projects and thought leadership initiatives.
- Handle project-related client correspondence.
- Support the development of client training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Open to fresh graduates with related Market Research and Insights/ Analytics university program.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, analytics, or related field in Japan.
- Good client service skills and ability to communicate effectively in Japanese (required) and English.
- Passion for innovation and new product development.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Tools.
- Knowledge of statistics, research techniques, and experimental procedures.
