Responsibilities
As an Operations Analyst, you'll have a direct and tangible impact on the success of our local operations. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Driving KPI Performance: You will be responsible for key UX and Profitability KPIs for a portfolio of cities, conducting in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and developing strategies to achieve them.
- Strategic Analysis & Reporting: Perform rigorous analysis aimed at improving these KPIs and create high-quality reports and dashboards to provide clear visibility on the performance of our core operational metrics.
- Process Improvement: Provide constant feedback and innovative process improvement ideas to the Operations Manager, ensuring we maintain a scalable and efficient operation.
- Courier Engagement: Take a hands-on approach to ensure the high engagement and satisfaction of our couriers, known as Glovers, by optimizing support processes and being a crucial point of contact for their day-to-day needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as an important point of contact for other vertical peers, such as Commercial and Quality Control Account Managers, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across teams.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Strong Academic Background: A degree in a quantitative field such as engineering, economics, mathematics, or statistics.
- Professional Experience: At least one year of experience in a demanding environment like operations, technology, consulting, or investment banking.
- Analytical Prowess: Advanced Excel skills and strong data interpretation abilities.
- A Proactive Mindset: You are autonomous, full of initiative, and willing to get hands-on and "get your hands dirty" in the field to support our couriers.
- Excellent Communication: A great communicator with a problem-solving attitude and an empathetic, inclusive, and curious nature.
- Positive Energy: You have good energy and genuinely enjoy your work, even on challenging days.
- Language Skills: Professional proficiency in both English and Italian.

Base Hiring Range
EUR 30,000 - EUR 38,000 - Yearly
On top, your total compensation may include other benefits described above and equity and/or variable bonuses for pre-defined roles.
