About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Support Consultant to join our team in Chennai, India. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in Anaplan Connect, ALM Synch, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) model handling. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving incidents, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring seamless operations of Anaplan applications.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and provide solutions for incidents raised by business users and the L1 team.
- Handle issues related to application access, processes, and scripts.
- Manage Anaplan planned downtimes independently.
- Ensure PRs are created and tagged for incidents with product quality issues before closing them.
- Perform UAT testing for projects owned by operations.
- Prepare and present changes in the change advisory board and own production implementation.
- Coordinate and manage discussions with other support teams and business users.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and business users.
- Think creatively to solve user problems with holistic and simple solutions.
- Drive best practices within teams with respect to operations standards and guidelines.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new frameworks/technologies.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Anaplan Connect, ALM Synch, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) model handling.
- Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving incidents, Job failures.
- Ability to analyze and root cause the PRs created for the Anaplan support models.
- Versatile with Agile Ops, SCRUM, and ServiceNow.
- Prior work experience in Anaplan Support projects.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in the US timezone.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of Cloud Services.
- Knowledge in SRE, ITIL, and AgileOps.
- Ability to work independently and interact with the business community, L3 team to come up with solutions.
