We are seeking a Project Manager for JOEM in the Electrification sector of Two-Wheeler & Powersports at Bosch Corporation.

About the Company

Two-Wheeler & Powersports is part of the Bosch Mobility Solutions business sector, building Bosch’s two-wheeler and powersports activities cross divisionally. Combining the areas of vehicle motion & safety, environment & efficiency and comfort & fun in one business unit. We act as the one face to the customer, facilitating internal and external processes. We are globally responsible for sales, marketing and engineering for two-wheeler and powersports specific products. With our headquarter in Yokohama, Japan and branches in the United States, Europe, India, and China, we coordinate two-wheeler and powersports activities all around the world. JOEM is strong and market leader especially in 2 Wheeler segment.

Responsibilities

• 日系顧客向け電動製品プロジェクトマネージャー: Manage electric product projects for Japanese customers.
• 新規受注プロジェクト管理: Manage new order projects.
• 客先計画業務: Customer planning tasks.
• 工場側とのプロジェクト立ち上げ業務: Project initiation tasks with the plant.
• 社内外とのプロジェクト会議設定: Setting up internal and external project meetings.
• プロジェクト予算、コスト管理: Project budget planning and cost controlling.

Requirements

• 社内外に対するコミュニケーションスキル: Good communication skills with customers, as well as Bosch internally.
• ボッシュプロセスに対する知識: Knowledge of Bosch processes.
• 営業もしくはプロジェクトマネージメントの経験: Experience in sales / project management.
• 母国語レベルの日本語および英語のスキル: Fluent Japanese and English language skills.
• 日系メーカーとのプロジェクト経験: Experience of project coordination with JOEM customers.
• 二輪車に対する知識。バイカー（希望）: Knowledge in two wheeler domain, biker experience (preferred).
• 目標意識が高い事、チームワーク尊重: Target oriented mindset and ability to work in a team.

Nice to Have

• 二輪車またはパワースポーツへの情熱: Passion for Two-wheeler and/or Powersports.
• 日本の顧客(JOEM)との業務経験: Experienced working with Japanese customers (JOEM).

• 勤務地: Yokohama Office (Nearest Station: Nakagawa Station)
• 勤務地の変更範囲: Place of employment as determined by the company.
