About the Position
We are seeking a middle-level Android Developer to join our team. Responsibilities include making quality code, bug fixing, and collaborating with designers and testers.
Responsibilities
- Design and development of the secure messenger's UI for Android
- Take responsibility for the own tasks
- Making quality code
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
- Collaborate with designers & testers
- Take part in requirements analysis
Requirements
- 4+ years software development experience
- 2+ years Android programming experience
- Strong knowledge of OOP principles, understanding of Design patterns
- A thorough understanding of Android's Design Guidelines
- Solid knowledge of Java & Android SDK
- Knowledge of Eclipse, SQLite
- Understanding and acceptance of Scrum principles
- Experience of collaboratively working
- Source control management tool experience
- Experience with bug tracking software
- Technical English
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of TFS
- Launched apps to the Google market
- Knowledge of C/C++, multithreading & networking
- Experience in an Agile development process and under pressure of deadlines
