We are seeking a Strong Junior to Middle.NET Developer to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware, USA. This role involves backend development with frontend tasks and modern AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and enhancement of platform features using.NET technologies
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in C# and.NET Framework/.NET Core
• Heavily leverage AI coding assistants, particularly Claude (Anthropic), to accelerate development - including prompting, reviewing, and refining AI-assisted code
• Collaborate with senior developers and technical leads to understand business requirements and implement solutions
• Assist in integrating services and APIs across the system
• Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices
• Support deployment activities and help with basic troubleshooting
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements

• 1–3 years of commercial experience in software development using.NET technologies
• Practical experience working with AI coding assistants, particularly Claude (Anthropic) - including writing advanced prompts, validating AI-generated code, and optimizing daily workflows
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET (MVC or Core), and OOP principles
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and RESTful APIs
• Hands-on experience with Azure services or a strong drive to learn cloud technologies
• Confident use of Git and version control workflows
• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive learning mindset
• Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written)

Nice to Have

• Interest or basic experience in frontend development, particularly with Angular (big plus)
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Azure DevOps pipelines)
