About the Role

After a successful onboarding period (approx. 1.5 years), the Extrusion Lines Operator 100% (m/w/d) is responsible for:

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring the extrusion lines
• Leading and supporting the assigned personnel within the shift
• Independently resolving disturbances and initiating immediate measures
• Timely and quality-compliant implementation of order planning
• Actively participating in production trials
• Meticulous documentation of product quality and feedback on process orders (SAP)
• Performing maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the plant area
• Training and instructing new employees

Your Skills and Experience

• Willingness to work in a 3 to 4 shift system
• Excellent social skills and ability to guide employees technically
• Strong safety and environmental awareness
• Motivation to learn new things
• Very good technical understanding and a flair for numbers
• High reliability, flexibility, and resilience
• Very good German language skills in speech and writing (min. B2)
• Professional experience in a craft environment
