About the Position
Anlagenführer (w/m) / Process Operator (f/m)
Düdingen, Switzerland
Sika, a global leader in specialty chemicals, is seeking Process Operators for our production site in Düdingen. As a Process Operator, you will ensure smooth production operations and contribute to sustainable transformation in construction and transport.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a disturbance-free operation on assigned systems in line with the production schedule
- Support the process team in minimizing production errors, waste, etc.
- Contribute to achieving targets and eliminating losses in the overall process
- Adhere to standards, work instructions, laws, and regulations, particularly occupational safety regulations
- Actively promote improvement measures across all processes
Requirements
- Completed vocational training and proven experience in industrial production
- Good technical flair, manual skills, and an independent, responsible, and reliable work approach
- Excellent German language skills (mandatory)
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- Good knowledge of common office software programs; SAP knowledge is advantageous
- Experience with chemical raw materials is advantageous
- Maintain composure and clarity in hectic situations
