About the Position
CLAAS Industrietechnik GmbH, a leading system supplier in the fields of drive technology and hydraulics within the CLAAS Group, is seeking a dedicated Anlagenmechaniker für Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik (m/w/d) to join our team in Paderborn. We develop and produce innovative and sustainable solutions from concept to series production. Our modern family-owned company thrives on teamwork, as people make CLAAS.
To ensure our buildings, technical systems, and infrastructures function optimally, we are looking for a skilled individual to maintain and repair our building systems and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance, upkeep, and repair of building systems (heating, sanitation, climate, and compressed air) and buildings (windows, doors, gates, roofs, fire extinguishing systems, and ducts)
- Regular inspection and control of building systems
- Quick analysis and resolution of disturbances in buildings and infrastructure
- Coordination, guidance, and supervision of external service providers and specialist firms
- Assistance in maintaining outdoor areas and performing winter services
- Documentation and record-keeping of inspections and maintenance
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training as an Anlagenmechaniker for sanitation, heating, and climate technology
- Ideally, further education as a master or technician, as well as qualifications as a sprinkler maintainer and hygiene officer for drinking water
- Professional experience in building technology, ideally in an industrial or commercial environment
- Strong manual skills and technical understanding
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach
- Class B driver's license and willingness to occasionally be on-call
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
