Responsibilities

Your training locations will be the customer centers in the AOK district directorate and the AOK training center in Pfedelbach-Untersteinbach.

You will learn to expertly support and comprehensively advise our customers,
Ensure the high quality of our extensive offerings through close cooperation with our health partners (e.g., doctors and sports clubs),
Apply legal foundations and learn to utilize action options,
Implement your knowledge directly into practice,
Gain a comprehensive and in-depth overview of the healthcare system,
Get insights into strategic processes and be involved in them,
Learn business administration thinking and actions,
Take on initial tasks in employee management.

Required Skills

You hold the general university entrance qualification or vocational high school diploma,
Are open-minded and communicative,
Enjoy working in a team and with people,
Bring motivation and performance,
Show a high willingness to learn and great commitment and interest in the healthcare sector.
