About the Position
AP Specialist
One of my enterprise clients in the Food & Beverage space is looking to bring on an AP Specialist! Please see below for details:
Responsibilities
- High-volume invoice processing
- Vendor management
- Reconciliations
- Supporting the day-to-day Accounts Payable function in a fast-paced environment
- Processing PO and non-PO invoices
- Performing invoice matching
- Resolving discrepancies
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Working closely with internal departments to ensure timely approvals and payments
Requirements
- 2+ years of AP experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Experience working within ERP systems such as Great Plains, SAP, NetSuite, or similar platforms
- Experience working in a high-volume environment
- Handling multiple entities
- Supporting month-end activities
Logistics
- Full-time 3-month contract-to-hire, onsite near the Coconut Creek / Coral Springs area
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours: 40 hours per week minimum
- Salary at Conversion: $50,000-$60,000
- Rate Range: Starting at $25/hr
