APAC HR Business Partner and Projects - Manufacturing

About the Position

We are seeking an APAC HR Business Partner to lead regional HR projects and business partnering across Asia-Pacific. This is a permanent role based in our Singapore office located in the West, with a hybrid working policy (3 days from office, 2 days from home). Candidates who are immediately available with relevant regional experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional HR projects and business partnering across Asia-Pacific.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and business partnering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We Offer

• Competitive salary: S$9,000 - S$13,000 per month, x 12, variable bonus.
