About the Position

Join Altkom Software Team as a Business Analyst to shape scalable digital solutions and drive key product decisions in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Co-create a modular and scalable approach for the mobile application and other channels, supporting rapid growth across multiple markets.
• Conduct analyses and define requirements for transformation initiatives within the mobile app domain.
• Identify gaps in user journeys and harmonize user experience across markets and channels.
• Ensure consistent execution of the App-first strategy and alignment with the omnichannel approach.
• Recommend solutions that support application scalability and release platform performance.
• Prepare and maintain RACI matrices for feature toggles, A/B tests, and localization assets.
• Define KPIs and success metrics such as adoption, user satisfaction, and channel performance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital banking, fintech, or large transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience delivering mobile app solutions in banking, including ownership of requirements, scope, and iterative delivery.
• Strong understanding of the App-first strategy and omnichannel approach.
• Experience scaling products across multiple markets using a shared core model with local adaptations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills at the intersection of Product, UX, Architecture, and Engineering.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
