App Publisher Coordinator (Freelance)

About the Position

Boosta is hiring a proactive freelance App Publisher Coordinator to build partnerships with mobile app publishers. If you enjoy outreach, communication, and building long-term partnerships, this role is for you! This is a remote position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Searching for mobile app publishers through various channels (freelance platforms, social networks, direct outreach)
• Initial communication with publishers (messaging, clarifying terms)
• Maintaining a database of contacts and cooperation statuses
• Verifying whether publishers meet our requirements (developer accounts, applications)
• Supporting long-term relationships with existing publishers
• Basic analysis of publisher quality (reliability, stability, risks)

Requirements

• English level: Intermediate+ (written communication is mandatory)
• Experience communicating with freelancers and/or contractors
• High level of self-organization and responsibility
• An understanding that the role involves a large number of repetitive but detail-oriented tasks

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn
• Experience sourcing contractors on freelance platforms
• Understanding of the mobile app niche, developer accounts, and app publishing processes
• Experience in traffic arbitrage / account farming / affiliate marketing
• Experience building partnerships from scratch
