About the Position
ARRISE, a prominent supplier of player-favorite content in the iGaming industry, is hiring an Appearance Assistant for their Live Casino in Ras Al Khaimah. This role involves training new dealers, monitoring appearances, and ensuring adherence to company image standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintains and updates the employee record from the point of view of the image
- Trains employees on image requirements
- Recommends and follows the implementation of image changes requested by employees or by the company
- Reviews the image of each new employee before the first entrance to the studio
- Creates written materials and procedures regarding the image
- Performs image tests for different projects in studios
- Communicates on specialized communication channels relevant information regarding the image of employees
- Checks and updates the files dedicated to the image of employees
- Coordinates and supports the sessions for the presentation of the company's standards guide, as well as the practical workshops
Requirements
- English: intermediate - advanced
- PC literate
- Make-up / hairstyling diploma accredited by the Ministry of Labour
- At least 1 year experience in the Appearance Department
- Hairstyling
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Communication and self-control skills
- Attention skills
- Able to deal with different types of characters, personalities, and cultures
