About the Position
Appearance Assistant
We are looking for an Appearance Assistant to join our team at ARRISE, a leading developer of games in the iGaming industry. The role will ensure that our Game Presenters meet our high standards of appearance and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records related to image and personal presentation;
- Train employees on company image and presentation requirements;
- Recommend and monitor the implementation of image changes requested by employees or the company;
- Evaluate the appearance of each new employee before their first studio entry;
- Develop written materials and procedures related to image standards;
- Conduct image tests for different projects in the studios;
- Communicate relevant image and presentation information through appropriate internal channels;
- Verify and update employee image files and documentation;
- Coordinate and support corporate presentation sessions and practical workshops.
Requirements
- Certification or diploma in Makeup and/or Hairdressing, recognized by a competent institution;
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in roles related to Appearance, Image, Beauty, or related areas;
- Knowledge of hairstyles and hairstyling;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Knowledge of computer skills (Office Suite and digital tools);
- Good interpersonal communication and self-control;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to handle different profiles, personalities, and cultures.
