Responsibilities
- Stock Control and Procedure Compliance: Oversees stock management, ensuring that inventory is accurately controlled and that all processes adhere strictly to established procedures.
- Leadership and Team Management: Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
- Daily Team Operations: Manages and reports on the daily activities of the team, including monitoring attendance, scheduling, and holiday planning, while ensuring smooth operations.
- Disciplinary and Training Management: Handles documentation related to disciplinary actions and reports.
- Procedure Evaluation and Development: Regularly evaluates compliance with existing procedures, drafts new procedures for approval, and proposes improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Also ensures that all procedures remain up-to-date.
- Inventory Replenishment and Analysis: Ensures timely re-stocking and efficient inventory management. Analyzes stock movements to identify trends, patterns, and potential red flags, supporting proactive decision-making.
- Reporting: Periodically compiles and presents comprehensive reports on team activities, stock movements, and purchases, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Documentation Maintenance and Enhancement: Continuously maintain and improve all documents related to standardization requirements, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.
- Continuous Improvement & Project Coordination: Identifies innovative approaches to enhance both the quality and productivity of team members' work, and coordinates new projects to drive operational excellence.
- Adherence to Company Standards: Read, understand, and comply with the company’s standards. Utilize company technology appropriately and effectively. Notify management immediately in the event of any misconduct or misbehavior.
- Work Discipline and Professional Responsibility: Commit to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement. Maintain the confidentiality of all information related to company equipment and operations.
- Promptly inform line managers of any deficiencies or incidents observed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good command of the English language.
- Proficiency in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Experience in stock management and procurement or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using stock management and warehouse software.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Makeup and Hairdressing for Broadcast: Familiarity with makeup and hairstyling techniques specifically for on-camera or broadcast settings.
- Knowledge of Skincare Products: Understanding of skincare products and techniques that can enhance the overall appearance and comfort of individuals during their shifts.
- Proven previous experience in managing a team.
