We are looking for a Middle Software Engineer PHP to join our team in Kyiv, UA. You will be part of a dynamic company with offices in Kyiv, London, Limassol, and a coworking in Warsaw. Responsibilities

• Build and scale marketing automation processes, reducing manual work and operational costs.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, and product teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Own marketing automation tasks end-to-end - from problem discovery and solution design to delivery and iteration.
• Improve speed, reliability, and transparency of marketing operations through automation and better tooling.
• Identify bottlenecks in existing marketing processes and proactively propose improvements.

Requirements

• Knowledge of any modern framework.
• Strong hands-on experience with PHP 8.
• Solid experience with MySQL.
• Experience working with Redis.
• Understanding and experience with queues, jobs, and events.
• Good understanding of OOP principles, SOLID, and common design patterns.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Experience with DDD is a plus.
• Highly autonomous and comfortable taking full ownership without constant guidance.
• Proactive and don’t wait for perfect or fully defined requirements.
• Can clearly communicate with non-technical stakeholders and explain technical decisions in simple terms.
• Comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment where processes are still being built.
• Can prioritize effectively and balance delivery speed with code quality.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience with marketing automation solutions or MarTech platforms.
• Understanding of key marketing metrics such as CAC, LTV, CPM, CTR, ROI, and similar performance indicators.
• Experience collaborating closely with marketing or growth teams.
• Experience integrating AI-based solutions for business or marketing use cases (e.g., automation, analytics, optimization, productivity tools).
